How is my item sent?

Any small, low cost items and weighing less than 1000g will be sent to you via 3 day courier unless a quicker service is cheaper to use. Larger/heavier and more valuable items will be delivered by our courier. Delivery of items will normally require a signature. Some items are offered with free postage and the service used is shown on the listing. Please also be aware that even standard delivery may still be tracked and in most cases therefore will require a signature on delivery. Most international countries do use tracking numbers that are sent from the UK even when sent via Royal Mail or DHL Global Mail

Please remember when you accept a delivery, you are signing to say that you have received the goods in a perfect conditions. If you notice any damage on the package or if you think it has been mishandled always sign as "damaged".

How long will it take to receive my order?

Unless otherwise stated on the item description, we always endeavor to dispatch UK orders the same working day if ordered before 3pm Monday to Friday. Dispatch times are shown in the listing. However any goods ordered after 3pm on Fridays or over the weekend will not be dispatched until Monday. Upon purchase of your item you will be presented with various delivery options which will inform you of the delivery timescales available.

Working days are classed as Monday to Friday and exclude weekends and all public holidays

Can I select the delivery date?

If for any reason you would like your items to be delivered later than the advertised timescales we will make every effort to help. If you require this service please state your required delivery date in the additional notes section when making payment or alternatively you can contact us through eBay. Timed or Saturday deliveries are also available at an extra charge, please call us for details.

How can I track my order?

Once your item is dispatched you will receive an e-mail giving you a link to our courier's website along with a consignment number that will allow you to track the status of your delivery. If you have provided us with a mobile telephone number you will also receive an SMS text informing you on when your items are likely to be delivered. At present order tracking is only available for items that have been sent to you via our courier service.

What happens if I'm out when you deliver?

If you are unable to be home when we deliver the courier will leave a card stating that they have attempted to deliver your consignment while you were out. You can then either collect your items from your local depot, whose address will be on the card, or alternatively you can contact the courier to arrange re-delivery. If you wish you may leave instructions for the delivery driver such as 'leave with neighbour' for example, in this case it is at the driver's discretion whether he leaves the item and you will assume full responsibility for the package.

Will you deliver to an alternative delivery address?

As a security measure to protect our customers and ourselves from fraud we will only dispatch items to the address where your credit/debit card is registered or if paying via PayPal to your PayPal registered address. The only way in which we can deliver to a different address is if payment is received by direct bank transfer or postal order.

Do you deliver overseas?

Please see the Postage and Payments tab on the advertised listing for a full list of countries we currently ship to.

We deliver to BFPO (British Forces Post Office) addresses in the UK; however please allow an extended delivery time for these orders.

What if there is a problem with my product?

If you are in any way unsatisfied with the product you have received you may return it to us for a full refund any time up to 30 days after you have received the goods providing the goods are unused and still have their original packaging. For more information about returns please see the returns tab.
We do advise that you check your goods thoroughly on receipt as you are signing to say that you received them in good condition.



RETURN POLICY

Goods which are either unsuitable or have been purchased in error may be returned to ourselves for credit/refund or exchange within 30 days of receipt (28 outside the UK) of the purchase. Goods must be in unused, in there original packaging and with any tags/labels still correctly attached Please note we reserve the right to charge a fee to replace product packaging which is defaced, damaged or missing. Goods must be in a re-salable condition when returned (Unless proven faulty).

All Crash Helmets MUST have all stickers/instructions attached to the helmet and in there original Box, as they will not be accepted as new, therefore can't be returned. Helmets. Please do not place tape directly onto the Box as this means the Box can not be used and we reserve the right to charge to replace it.
