All of our new axles ship for free in the US, including Alaska and Hawaii. International buyers, your order is handled by the Ebay Global Shipping program. International buyers are responsible for any and all international shipping , import charges or duty.  Our Used parts usually have small shipping fees associated with them. 
We pride ourselves on our customer service. In the rare event that you have a problem with your item please contact us and we'll be happy to help. The warranty on our new axle is a 1 year limited warranty. The axles are not to be used on lifted vehicles. Lifted or modified vehicles void the warranty. Ripped boots are not covered under the warranty. Returns are accepted within 15 days of receipt of the axle.  Our retun policy is outlined below, in the returns tab.

Returns are separated into 2 different categories. 

Return type 1:
Defective return, warranty claim. Please contact us if you believe you have a warranty claim on a new axle.  You will be given further instructs to assist us in processing your claim. 

Return Type 2:
New, non warranty returns. If you want to return your new, unused, uninstalled axle, please contact us. We do accept new returns, the buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs, including the proper amount of insurance to cover the product if there is a shipping insurance claim. All new returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
