All orders are usually dispatched within 2 working days from the time they are placed. We provide tracking information for all the packages we send. Please note that it may take up to 24 hours from the time of dispatch for your tracking number to show any details. If the delivery get delayed or lost by the postal service, you might need to contact the carriers personally and we can assist you in getting in touch with them.  

If we fail to ship your order within 3 working days, we will contact you with the reason behind the delay, and you can decide the course of action accordingly.

If the customer places an order and decided not to proceed with it, you can cancel the order and receive a full refund as long as the order has not been dispatched.

  Import duties or customs taxes are the buyer´s responsibility. Please check if you will have to pay additional charges before buying the item. 

Returns Policy

Unopened merchandise may be returned in its original condition, including original packaging within 30 days of shipment to receive a full refund. Items must be sealed and not used. 

If a parcel gets returned to us due to a failure of delivery because of wrong address information provided by the buyer, we will return the value of the sale of the product minus the shipping cost. For lost parcels that the product has left the shipping country and it is somewhere else in the destination country, you can either file a complaint with the courier company or you could raise a case with eBay. If the case will be decided to your favor you would then get a full refund from eBay using their Buyer's Protection Plan.
