In order to insure a fast and safe delivery we use FedEx, UPS, Canpar and CanadaPost ground shipping services. Available shipping methods may vary for different type of products. If the merchandise you purchase is in stock, it is usually shipped within 3 business days, after which its delivery can be tracked through the FedEx, UPS, Canpar and CanadaPost websites.
Please NOTE: If the billing address you provide is not on file with your credit card company, it might cause unnecessary delays. Please make sure that you clear this with your company before submitting the order. All deliveries require customer signature.
*Shipments to PE, NT, NU,YT and any zone without ground shipping might require extra shipping charges.

RETURNS
-PLEASE CONTACT US IF THERE ARE ANY PROBLEMS AND REQUEST A RETURN.
-RETURNS WILL BE PROVIDED WITH A RMA NUMBER TO SHIP BACK.
-14 DAY RETURN POLICY, ITEMS MUST BE IN BRAND NEW CONDITION AND NOT HAVE BEEN USED.
-A 20% RESTOCKING FEE WILL BE CHARGED FOR ANY ITEMS INSTALLED, MISSING PARTS, DAMAGED, WITHOUT ORIGINAL PACKAGE.
-BUYERS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR RETURN SHIPPING.
-RETURN SHIPPING FEE IS TO BE PAID BY THE BUYER AND WILL BE CREDITED BACK THE INITIAL AMOUNT PAID - AFTER DEDUCTING THE INITIAL SHIPPING FEE. ANY TRANSACTION FEES INCURRED FROM RETURNS WILL ALSO BE DEDUCTED.
