We strive to keep the highest level of satisfaction possible for our clients so if you have any issues with items please contact us first before leaving negative feedback and we will hopefully sort out any problems you may have.

Grading : we try to do our best in terms of accuracy but sometimes stuff slips through ( can just be my mistake, bad lighting , etc etc ) so please be patient .

How we grade :

New : Factory Sealed Item 

Very Good : Item Is " As New " , has no signs of wear or surface marks , sleeve is undamaged.

Good: May have some slight surface marks / lightly used 

Average : Some surface marks / damage to sleeve

Poor : Priced accordingly , a lot of marks , maybe only listed as its rare , sleeve damage 

We ship all items within 24 hours . Items do not despatch on Sat or Sundays despite sometimes being posted . All items are sent in protective envelopes .

We can combine items into one envelope to save postage but we have to de- case the discs . 2 Single CDs in one envelope or one fat double costs a lot to post . 

Volumes of 8 plus items post at a flat rate of $20 Canadian 

We DO NOT post items outside of Canada or the USA the postage cost is insane .

We always leave feedback and if you like our  service we appreciate yours . 

The Post Office does their best , we haven't lost one item in 2 years BUT stuff happens so please be patient .
