Payment

PayPal, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover.

Orders paid with PayPal are shipped to confirmed addresses only. Orders paid with credit cards are shipped to the card's billing address.

Note: Arizona customers will be charged the appropriate sales tax.

DOMESTIC:

 Upon checkout, you will receive a combined rate on purchases from each seller.

  Some oversized items are excluded from this program.

Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and outlying areas will ship via USPS and incur an extra charge. 


INTERNATIONAL:

  

International delivery is offered in the form of USPS 1st Class economy (2-5 weeks delivery/limited tracking), USPS Priority Mail (1-2 weeks delivery w/ tracking) and USPS Express Mail delivery (4-5 business days w/ tracking). Please note that actual delivery time does vary by location.

 Packages will be marked as merchandise, not as a gift.

Oils/chemicals and lithium ion batteries cannot be shipped internationally.  

Warranty

LRG stands behind all products we sell. In the event of product failure or defect, products are limited to the manufacturer warranty. Some products will require warranty direct through the manufacturer, in which case we will provide assistance in facilitating the return.

Returns

Prior to returning a product, please contact us by phone or by email to obtain a Return Authorization. Returns must be authorized within 30 days of original shipment date, and must be in new/unused condition, including all manufacturer packaging. Returns not in original condition or without original manufacturer packing will be subject to a restocking fee.

Damaged Orders: In the event of an order that arrives damaged, please notify us by telephone or via email. We will then instruct you of the further steps that need to be taken.
