Standard postage is Royal Mail 48 (2nd Class), though you can upgrade to 24 (1st Class) or Special Delivery before 1pm at checkout. In the last case a signature will be required so please make sure that someone will be in to sign for the package. If you wish, you can give an alternate shipping address for delivery. Once your order has been processed and we have received cleared payment, your item will be dispatched as soon as possible, usually within one day. Please allow extra time if you are paying by cheque.

If any product you buy from us is found to be damaged or faulty on arrival, or within a reasonable time after fitting or using it, we will replace it free of charge when returned, and also refund any extra carriage costs incurred. It is your responsibility to return the item for our assessment. If you wish to return an item which is not faulty, you have thirty working days from the date of receipt in which to do so. In both cases we will refund your return carriage charges once we have received the item.
