THESE PACKS ARE DAMAGED!!

One (1) authentic pack. You may not receive the exact pack pictured.

All foil and paper packs will be factory sealed unless stated otherwise. Your pack may have some scuffs/scratches and/or bends/creases/folds. On rare occasions, your pack may have more severe wear and damage. Please contact us if you would like photos of the exact pack(s) you will receive; otherwise the condition of a pack will be chosen at random. 

The seal on wax pack and sticker packs may be starting to or have completely come open due to age and poor sealant at the factory. We never open the packs and/or search packs that have come open on their own. We also never shine a light through packs to try and see their contents. 

The contents of vintage wax packs containing gum may be stained or damaged. The gum strip may be intact or broken and crumply. All of this is out of our control. Please do not consume the gum in these packs (trust us, we did and it was a horrible experience to say the least)!

We cannot guarantee the condition of the contents of packs.

Shipping Fees

 

If you're in Canada, please ensure you read the description of the shipping services below and select the correct one at checkout:

1) Canada Post Lettermail ($2.00): Your pack will be shipped with cardboard in a standard white envelope. This service does not offer tracking, a signature at deliver, or shipping coverage. Combined shipping is $0.25 per card and $1.00 per pack.

2) Canada Shipping - Expedited Parcel ($10.00 CAD): Your pack will be shipped with cardboard in a bubble mailer or poly mailer with bubble wrap. This service comes with tracking, a signature at delivery, and up to $100.00 in shipping coverage. Each additional card and/or pack purchased in the same order are shipped for free. This service is ideal for customers purchasing multiple items with a combined value of less than $100.00. 

3) Canada Shipping - Regular Parcel ($25.00 CAD): Your pack will be shipped with cardboard in a bubble mailer or poly mailer with bubble wrap. For an additional fee, this service comes with the option to add tracking, a signature at delivery, and coverage up to the value of the item(s). Each additional card and/or pack purchased in the same order are shipped for free. This service is ideal for customers purchasing multiple items with a combined value exceeding $100.00. 

If you do not see a shipping option that fits your needs, please feel free to contact us and we will be happy to find an alternative. Furthermore, if you are not satisfied with the shipping materials used (ie. would like a bubble mailer instead of a standard white envelope), please let us know as we would be happy to accommodate; however, there may be a shipping up charge for more expensive shipping materials. 

Any orders being exceeding $50.00 in value will be required to use the Canada Post - Expedited Parcel shipping service minimum. This is for buyer and seller protection so there will be no exceptions. Failure to do so will result in a cancellation of your order. Splitting your purchase into multiple orders is not an acceptable way to avoid this.   

If you're located internationally, your pack will be shipped with cardboard in a bubble mailer. All international orders must be sent with tracking. The cost of tracked shipping is pre-calculated by eBay based on your location. For buyer and seller safety, we can only ship to locations where we can ship with tracking. Additional duties and customs fees are the responsibility of the buyer.

Combined Shipping

We offer combined shipping on ALL items in our store for Canadian and international orders! To ensure you receive your combined shipping discount (if it does not apply automatically), please request a total at checkout and we will send you an invoice. All orders placed by the same account with an identical delivery location will be shipped together unless we are notified before we have packed the order. Orders paid for without a combined shipping invoice will only receive a combined shipping refund if the discrepancy exceeds $5.00. Combined shipping discounts do not apply to items with free shipping.

Shipping and Handling Times

All orders are packed and shipped out within 3 business days (holidays and weekends are not business days). Delivery dates are calculated by eBay based on handling and average postal shipment times. We are not responsible for orders lost by the postal service, orders delayed by the postal service, or incorrect/invalid shipping addresses (we print the exact address letter for letter that is provided) as these are out of our control.

We will leave you positive feedback once you leave us positive feedback. Please contact us with any issues prior to leaving neutral or negative feedback and we will be happy to make it right by sending a replacement or refund.

We reserve the right to cancel orders, change shipping services, or provide FREE shipping upgrades at our discretion with or without notice or explanation.
